Return Policy




  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date.
  • Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, except when merchandise is damaged, or the wrong item has been sent.

Unless you use the prepared label within the timeline detailed below, Skyline Scrubs does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will not be accepted.

E mail us at service@skylinescrubs.com and we'll send you a return shipping label from FedEx.  Return shipping is absolutely FREE!

In your e mail please state any reason why you are returning the product.  This is totally optional of course, but it does help us improve our business.  Please Note:
We are very thick skinned and heard it all while perfecting our product.  Please don't hold back or be shy.  We love hearing any sort of feedback.  

Place the merchandise you wish to return in the original shipping bag.  Place new label on the front and return.  

Refunds and Processing Time


Once your package arrives within the 30 day specified time, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
